I have nearly a decade of experience working in the real estate industry. My motto is, “I am always working for you”. As your Realtor, my primary focus is on working for you and your family to ensure that your best interest is always the priority. In experience, I have found that the 3 most important aspects of a real estate transaction are:
#1-Risk Management- I work very hard to ensure that my clients are averting as much risk as possible. I treat my clients as family and
that means I will do everything in my power to ensure that everything is done with their best interest in mind from start to finish.
#2-Ability To Negotiate- I will negotiate for my clients to ensure that no money is left on the table. Many Realtors are just working for a commission, but I am always working my clients!
#3-Don’t Settle! Too often in real estate people will lose patience and settle only to have “buyer’s or seller’s remorse”. I don’t want my clients to ever have to feel this way.
While I can’t control future market conditions, it is always important for me to know that my clients made the best decision for themselves given the current market conditions.
